Flea market shoppers have been busily making purchases from their favorite vendors this summer. Whether they're looking for a bargain buy, pieces to complete a vintage collection or the best hand-dipped corn dog, shoppers have found something satisfying at Shady Hollow Flea Market. Whether you're a first-time shopper or a seasoned veteran, you're sure to learn something here.
What are the Shady Hollow Flea Market hours of operation?
From 6:30 am to about 3:00 pm every Saturday, Sunday and 3-day weekends on Memorial Day, Labor Day, and the fourth of July.
Is there an admission fee?
No, shoppers enter the market for free.
Is there a parking fee?
No, shoppers and vendors can park for free.
Can I pay with a credit/debit card?
No, Shady Hollow only accepts cash and checks. Also, very few of the vendors are set up to accept credit cards.
Do you have fresh produce?
Yes, we have locally produced goods throughout the summer. Items change with the growing season.
Are dogs allowed?
Only well behaved and leashed dogs are allowed. Be considerate and clean up after it! Management reserves the right to deny anyone dog privileges.
Are you closed on rainy days?
No, we are open rain or shine.
What food is offered?
We have a wide variety. We offer homemade woodfire pizza, a full American breakfast, lunch and dinner along with "fair" food, which includes corn dogs, mini-donuts, specialty coffee, smoothies, fresh squeezed lemonade, iced cold bottled pop, sugar roasted almonds & nuts, ice cream, and kettle corn. Watch for a variety food trucks offering their specialties throughout the summer.
Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
Yes, we have a full liquor license and offer beer, wine and specialty cocktails.
What types of goods are sold?
Here's just a sampling of what vendors have to offer: antiques, arts and crafts, collectibles, books, produce, herbs & spices, plants, flowers, fabric, tools, car accessories, appliances, kitchenware, furniture, clothing, shoes, sunglasses, jewelry, toys, athletic equipment, games and electronics.
How many vendors are at Shady Hollow?
We have 25 boutique cabins and average about 75 other vendors per Sunday. Long weekends turn out many more vendors. Some vendors are small and others may have over 50 ft of merchandise displayed.
Do you have a lost and found?
Yes, the lost and found is located in the management office.
Does the market have Wi-Fi?
Yes, the wireless router is located in the Grill.
Does the market have an ATM?
Yes, the ATM is located at the Grill.
Do you have entertainment?
Yes, watch for a variety of musicians throughout the summer on our stage.
Are there kids activities?
Yes, we have a 200' slip 'n' slide that is open during flea market hours, weather permitting.
